VPOV Corp was established in 2023 by James Velez and Ileana Ortiz to combine James’s 22 years of expertise in the construction & commissioning industries and Ileana’s 15 years’ expertise in human resources to drive client success through expertise.
VPOV Corp specializes in being a one-stop project management solution, focusing on understanding the clients’ needs and working toward developing solutions that meet and exceed clients’ expectations. VPOV Corp has provided project management, construction management and scheduling services with outstanding project delivery for the Biotechnology Industry.
